Greg was wonderful (as always). He is patient and understanding, even researching a lender credit when I asked for help with the costs. Greg went above and beyond by coming to our closing and answering all the questions we had. I will gladly recommend Greg to all my friends that are in the market! I look forward to working with him again. However, I ran into two issues that were completely my fault but involved emails from Nicole that I'd like to share, so future customers don't encounter the same problems. Our closing was delayed because it took my insurance agent more time than I thought is would to get our policy bound. From past experience, that task was completed in one day (same day). The closing delay could have been avoided if I pursued the policy sooner. In my defense, when I received Nicole's first email that we were cleared to close, it mentioned something like, "you MAY need a condo policy." This wording should be changed or immediate contact should be made when the need is confirmed. A second issue arose from another of Nicole's emails where important instructions were buried in the body of the email. I would suggest creating a subject line that clearing explains what the urgent need is. Otherwise, a great experience (other than the interest rate), and I look forward to working with Greg and CMG again!
