Graver was awesome! We refied two properties beginning with our primary residence. With his help we were able to purchase a third rental property. He offered guidance through each of the mortgage processes. In today's lending environment investment property refinancing is more complicated, so our second loan with him took extra effort on his part during underwriting. He was able to understand our partnership income and advocate to his underwriters how the financial information needed to be analyzed. The properties were in different states and we were able to do all of the loans with Graver. Not many mortgage lenders could work in so many markets. (We have rentals in Az, Ca and Mt - Graver's bank has offices in all the states where our rental properties were located.) Plus every loan now is serviced by his team! He was very quick to respond to questions and was always on top of the process, letting us know of any recent developments as they occurred.
