Ed helped us secure a loan for our very first mixed use property. We didn’t know anything about this loan category since it has a commercial space, and more than likely would have lost the deal because the seller wanted to close quickly, but, Ed communicated and guided us through the entire process, with quick responses and closing. We put our trust in him and he most definitely came through for us. We appreciate you, Ed!

Connecting and working with Ed to complete my refinance was the absolute best decision I’ve made. He was professional and patient, answering all of my countless questions. He went above and beyond his duties with customer support, which made the entire process smooth and saved me a lot of money. He’s reliable and I trust what he says, therefore, I’m looking forward to future goals.

Ed did an amazing job refinancing my home. At a time when the markets were incredibly tumultuous he knew exactly when to lock in the mortgage rate. Just as I was seeing reports of the rates increasing, Ed sent the rate lock through. It was peace of mind working with him. Ed's trustworthy and good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone in need of a mortgage.
