I've seen numerous aspects of the loan origination spectrum. I've sat at desks in huge companies, small independent shops and various companies in between. I began as a loan officer in early 2001. I was a retail loan officer with Countrywide Home Loans and got my start during the free wheeling Fast and East days.
I left Countrywide to become a broker with about 7 years with two different companies.
I then went to Citywide Home Loans for a little over six years.
I started at Caliber Home Loans in early 2020- right at the very beginning of COIVD pandemic. Literally, I started, went to training as the first cases were breaking in Seattle.
I started with CMG in October of 2022.
I provide mortgage financing expertise with an unwavering advocacy for my clients and my business partners. I am the lynchpin that ensures successful housing transactions. I consider myself continually obligated to earn the trust and respect my clients and business partners endow in me each time they refer my name and elect to work with me.
I'm focused on providing my borrowers with a needs based approach to finding the right loan program for their specific situation. I want my clients with me throughout my career and you can't do that if you're just focused on making money off of their transaction or treating them as a paycheck- you have to think of them as lifelong customers.
I work with all clientele niches from first time homebuyers through to second homes and investment properties and all along the property value and loan amount spectrum.
I'm a die hard supporters of Erie, my neighborhood and our schools. My daughters were both competitive volleyball players and played in High School, Club and now college.
They played Club with 5Star Volleyball and Arete Volleyball Club and we're deeply proud and supportive of those Clubs and what they provied to the girls and to all of us along the way. We're exstatic fans of the sport at all levels. Well, mostly the more established compeitive level if I'm being honest...
I fancy myself a woodworker and have created many "masterpieces". Some projects I can say that with only little snickering.
I lived in Vista Ridge in Erie, Colorado since 2003 and it was just a dirt patch. My two daughters have gone all the way through the Erie school system and my oldest dauhter was in the inaugural class at Black Rock Elementary. Both graduated from Erie High School to which we are deeply ingrained into the school organizations and athletic departments.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
