I had a rather tricky file that required extra work compared to your average loan. Dave and his team were able to successfully navigate and get me to the closing table within the timeline I provided. Very satisfied.

I have worked with Dave in the past. He has always been wonderful. He goes above and beyond. He makes sure to explain every step thoroughly and answered any questions that we had. It has been a pleasure working with him again.

This was the first time I have ever purchased a home so I was new to the process. Dave answered every question I had and went above and beyond to make my first home purchase as easy as possible. I could have not been more happy with my experience and would strongly recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a home.

It wasn't my first, but definitely one of the best loan experiences ever! Every question answered with complete details, strong advice, and smooth transaction were all part of the experience. Thanks to Dave, we were treated so professionally and kind. It was not a factor that he is an Oregon Duck fan, but it certainly helped the experience be low stress. Dave is the man for the job.

Contacted Dave after a different brokerage left me in the lurch. He did a great job of explaining options, gathering needed documents and getting us closed by deadline. I would definitely recommend him.
