Danny is very good at navigating and facilitating the renovation loan process. I just closed on the second renovation loan I've had with Danny, and I wouldn't go to anyone else. I feel I can trust Danny and would highly recommend him to anyone looking at financing a mortgage, especially a renovation loan. I had worked with others and ended up disengaging with them and contacted Danny to take over and get the deal done. Which he did, just like he's done again and again over his career.
