It was incredibly hard for me to get a loan. Every loan officer I found would set me up with high hopes to only let me down and tell me my loan cannot be processed. They were all a waste of time and I was giving up until my brother in law’s relative referred me over to Gus’ team at CMG. I am beyond thrilled because they were as authentic and transparent as possible from the very beginning. They even told me they wouldn’t promise something they knew they wouldn’t be able to fulfill. The entire team at CMG was fantastic as well and always kept me in the loop at each turn and twist. I had a very challenging time getting a loan and this company made it work. I would 100% recommend CMG, specifically Gus’ team (shout out to Rosemarie my loan processor who was terrific and went out of her way to get the small stuff which later became the big stuff. Which were needed for my loan to be approved. Matthew was also very informative. If you’re having trouble getting a loan the people on Gus’ team will go above and beyond for you in the most genuine way possible. Thank you for making my dream of living on the beach possible!
