About Me
Originally from Denver, Colorado, Casey also spent part of his upbringing in Texas and Tennessee. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver. Deeply committed to giving back, Casey donates 10% of his earnings to several organizations close to his heart, including his church, the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews, and his alma mater, Arvada West High School.
A former rugby player with 13 years on the field, Casey now shares his love of the sport as a coach. Since retiring from rugby, he has embraced his Scottish heritage by throwing in Scottish Highland Athletics. While rugby remains his favorite sport, he's an avid fan of the Denver Broncos, Colorado Avalanche, and Texas Longhorns.
In addition to his athletic pursuits, Casey is a passionate cook and speaks Italian—thanks to his multicultural upbringing. If he’s not in the gym, training, throwing, or working, you’ll likely find him in the kitchen whipping up something delicious.
