Cari Crites

Cari made a complicated process so easy. This is the second time I’ve use in the past 16 years. And I plan to use her forever.

For me, applying for home loans has always been a cold and necessary means for owning real estate. But after working with Cari Crites, I learned it can be a pleasant experience as well. Cari is very good at her job and can be trusted. She is someone I would trust in any line of business. She has an ease about her that is friendly and warm and never too busy to stop and explain things. She is always responsive and gets back to you with information as promised. Despite my insane work hours and travel schedule, she was always available to me. Her patience never dipped when we thought it was going to be a quick 4-6 week process but, due to complications on my side, wound up being 2 1/2 months long. Nevertheless, she remained positive and calm when I could have spiraled at any minute. I will never work with anyone else again and will refer all of my friends to her. Yes, she is that good.

Working with CMG was a great experience, but we never could’ve gotten through it without our mortgage broker’s patience, knowledge, and tremendous understanding of our situation. Cari Campbell was wonderful and extraordinarily professional. We would highly recommend she and CMG in the future.

I worked with Cari Crites - this was my first home purchase and I was really nervous and full of questions, after questions, after questions, really. I apologized for all the question (LOL) Cari was recommended to me through my co-worker who had a very good experience with Cari. Through it all Cari was very informative, comforting and reassuring. If my inquiry was out of her wheel house she either found out the information or pointed me in the direction I needed to go. And Guess What !!! when we sealed the deal she reassured me she was not going anywhere whenever I needed her just give her a call. She answered my calls immediately or called me back. She is great, whenever I get ready to purchase income property guess who I am gong to reach out to ---- Cari Crites!!!

My fiancee and I purchased our first home this year. We went in not knowing much about the intricacies of the mortgage process but were very fortunate to have Cari and her team on our side to make us feel comfortable and make sure that everything went smoothly. Cari was thorough, timely, personable and most importantly knowledgeable. She was very helpful in explaining the process from start to finish. She gave us the pros and cons of every financing option, and was always open to running multiple scenarios for us. It was thanks to Cari that we were able to choose the right financing plan for our needs and secured the lowest possible interest rate! Cari was easy to work with: she made herself available via email, phone, text, and was always patient and kind. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and for a better professional to help us through this process.

Cari is one of the sharpest, most hard-working, knowledgeable professionals I’ve ever dealt with. She also happens to be a great communicator, supportive, straightforward and very easy to deal with. An absolute pleasure.

Cari is so good at her job! We've used her now for a half dozen or so (maybe more!) home loans dating back two decades. Our most recent home purchase was complicated, and Cari was always one, two and three steps ahead--anticipating issues before they surfaced and finding solutions to any that arose, which allowed us to close not just on time, but EARLY. As stressed out home buyers, we required a lot of "hand holding" along the way, and Cari excelled at calming us down, always reassuring that we would reach the finish line, which we did (did I say EARLY?). We appreciate Cari and her efforts and calming/friendly demeanor so much. We consider her a "Friend of the Family for Life"!!! Cari, if you're reading this: THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING YOU!!!!!!!!!!

Cari was incredibly thoughtful and was willing to talk us through every step of the process from start to finish. She sent constant reminders of documents needed and more importantly was able to close quickly once we went into escrow!
