Little-known fact

Buying my home in 2014 was a terrible and traumatic experience. We were flying blind with no education, attention or care from our mortgage lender and that is what spring boarded me into this industry. I vow to never allow my clients or my referral partners to fly blind.

Brynn Warner is an experienced Mortgage Loan Officer who has been serving clients since 2016. With a strong background in financial services, she is known for her dedication to customer service, her collaborative approach to sales, and her deep knowledge of residential home financing. Brynn specializes in a wide range of mortgage products, including 100% VA financing, first-time homebuyer programs, FHA loans, down payment assistance options, low down payment jumbo loans, cash-out refinances, and conventional loans. Her passion lies in helping clients find the right loan solution—no matter where they are in their homeownership journey. Originally from Washington state, Brynn has called Colorado home since 2007. She attended Regis University and has held leadership roles throughout her career, including Sales Manager at Summit Funding, Branch Manager at Universal Lending, and Loan Officer at Fairway. When she’s not helping clients unlock the doors to homeownership, Brynn enjoys life in Colorado with her husband Michael and their three children, Reese, Mara, and Van.
