Brooke is the “heart and soul” of the Tyler Hughes Team. She is responsible for everything that happens from application to closing and is a jack of all trades. Her ability to make clients feel at ease, while simultaneously managing a very large sales funnel, is one of the reasons the team relies so heavily on her expertise.
Brooke has a very impressive resume prior to getting into the mortgage business that includes Social Media Management for Luke Bryan, Events Manager at the Texas Rangers, and working for one of the top marketing firms in Nashville. She was also a collegiate Tennis Player at the University of Oregon, Go Ducks!
Brooke lives in ’45, fancies herself an amateur Chef, and is always the first in line for Pumpkin Spice Lattes when Fall rolls around.

Cameron is Brooke’s “right hand” and plays an integral role in keeping every loan moving smoothly from application to closing. From coordinating with title and homeowners’ insurance to managing the many details behind the scenes, Cameron is there to make sure nothing falls through the cracks and clients always know what comes next.
The mortgage business is in Cameron’s blood. She was introduced to the industry by her mother, a well-respected and tenured Underwriter, and brings that same knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to taking care of clients to the Tyler Hughes Team.
Cameron lives in North Austin with her family and, when she’s not keeping everyone on track, loves traveling and trying new restaurants at every opportunity she gets.

As the team’s Junior Loan Officer, Lauren works closely alongside Brooke, serving as an extension of her on the loan side. From initial application to the closing table, Lauren is Brooke’s second set of eyes and the team’s “go-to girl,” helping ensure every detail is handled and clients have the guidance they need along the way.
Born and raised in Austin, Texas, Lauren has been in the mortgage industry since 2015 and brings more than a decade of experience to the team. She takes pride in providing exceptional service while making the loan process feel as smooth and straightforward as possible.
Lauren believes in being honest, approachable, and real; you’ll get the real deal from her every time. Her goal is simple: clear communication, personal service, and making sure every client feels confident and supported from start to finish.
