She took the time to summarize a lot of our phone communications so I could reference back to them after-the-fact, and she made the stressful experience of buying a home much less stressful. If you really want a glimpse of how awesome Brooke is, here's a story: After going 99% of the way through the pre-qualification process with Brooke and CMG, I requested that my credit not be run right away because my wife and I were still just getting started with our home search, and we didn't anticipate making any serious moves for a few more months. We wanted to wait to run a hard credit inquiry until we were actively starting the home-hutting phase. Well, it turned out that while we were "casually looking" at a few homes one weekend, we found the perfect one. Right then, my wife and I decided we wanted to put an offer in... much sooner than anticipated. We sent Brooke a text out of the blue on a Saturday afternoon, not really expecting a response, but she replied almost immediately. Within an hour, she had run the credit check and was able to generate a loan approval letter for us to give to our realtor. I was shocked about how quickly she came through for us in a pinch. We used that letter to make an offer that Saturday night, and by Sunday evening the seller accepted. I'm confident we would've missed out on the perfect home for our family if it weren't for Brooke. Her high level of service continued all throughout the closing process. Even when we had to fly out of town unexpectedly for a funeral the week of closing, Brooke told us not to worry and was able to quickly find an out-of-state notary, send them all the necessary documents, and have that notary come straight to us so we could close on schedule. I would strongly recommend CMG, and if you decide to work with CMG, I would strongly recommend that you ask for Brooke Bartlett. She's the perfect choice for anyone looking for a knowledgeable, honest, responsive, and caring Loan Officer.
