We were looking to improve our financial posture by obtaining a debt consildation loan consilidation loan or something similar. We had tried financial institutions such as Chase, Discover, Rocket to name a few but were turned down due to our less than stelar credit rating. We' had never used, or frankly, ever heard of CMG until a good friend of ours recommended contacting Brett at CMG to see if they could help. We quite honestly felt that becuase of our previous experiences that it was very probable we would be turned away. However the opposite turned out to be true. After explaining to Brett our circumstances and financial situation he said he would take a look at our numbers and see what he could do. This was the first time in several weeks that we felt hopeful that CMG might be able to help us. After reviewing things Brett said he felt the best option would be for us to go with a cash out refinance loan. Despite knowing that we'd be paying a higher apr on our mortgage this move was going to save us almost $2000/month and take a good deak if pressue off of us financially. From start to finish Brett, and his team, were thoroughly professional and courteous throughout the entire process and this expereince has made us truly appreciate what CMG could do for us!
