Ann is AMAZING. What can I say, we used a different lender with our previous house and had PTSD because of all the issues we had with them. Ann was a breeze, talked me through thoroughly about every step. Sometimes multiple times a week. She is definitely a calming factor to buying a house just knowing you’re in such good hands. She gave us great advice as far as when to lock a rate and I love that we can refinance if rate drops with CMG with very little cost. You cannot get a better Loan Officer than Ann Maples to work with. 5 stars, will definitely use again in the future.
