Andrew was extremely helpful throughout the whole proceess from pre-approval through closing. We had a lot of anxiety going into the pre-approval process because a bank had turned us down in the past. Andrew carefully took in all our information and took the time to explain all our options leading up to a sucessful pre-approval! When we needed him to update the assesment for a higher price loan he came back with an estimate right away and helped us every step of the way through the loan application process. Some challenges with other parties outside of the bank jeapordized our closing and Andrew called the president of Shamrock in to help us late one night pulling off a miracle clear to close, saving our purchase. He was always respectful, considerate and kind through the somewhat bumpy road to closing. I couldn't have made it through without such a supportive financial partner on my side.
