I just made my first mortgage payment!! I wanted to thank Paul and his team for all the help and support they provided throughout my whole house buying process. And I thought that it was going to be the hardest part of it all... From the beginning, Paul made this experience extraordinary!! He made things simple to understand, especially as a first time home buyer. He provided both a Conventional and a FHA loan option so I would be able to see the difference in cost/payment, which was super insightful. Using the CMG app was effortless and fast to use when communicating and/or uploading paperwork needed. They were awesome in communicating by email, text, through the app, and phone calls. But my favorite resource were the videos that came along in the emails. It really made things straightforward to understand and know what to prepare for. And even when I did need some more clarification on information, Paul called me and thoroughly explained things to me. I would definitely recommend Paul for all your loan needs! He is the best!! You have made such a huge difference in my life, I seriously could not be happier with my experience and overall outcome of my loan! Thank you again Paul!!!!!
