With over 22 years in the mortgage industry as a Business Development Manager, Production and Training Manager, Mortgage Insurance Account Manager, Loan Originator in both Retail and Wholesale Lending, the variety of positions I have held have given me a great depth of understanding and passion for the mortgage business and communities I serve. In 2006-2007 I was also honored to be elected and serve as the 88th President of the Washington Mortgage Bankers Association. Working on their board of directors and various committees over 15 years have brought me tremendous additional knowledge and understanding of the business.
In my current role at CMG Home Loans Financial Services, I have been able to develop and lead over an incredible team of Loan Officers also dedicated to onboarding and training our division's new originators. Together this team has built an enviable reputation within and outside of the organization by setting the standard for Loan Officer onboarding concierge service and training.
