  • Available to buyers earning up to 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI)
  • For primary residences only
  • Applies to conventional 30-year fixed-rate purchases
  • 95-97% LTV
  • Available for 1–4 unit homes

  • Available only for Freddie Mac Home Possible®, a low-down-payment mortgage option that lets qualifying buyers put as little as 3% down
  • It can no longer be combined with HomeFundIt™, BorrowSmartSM, or any Fannie Mae products
