My Philosophy
Jay Richardson is a dedicated mortgage professional whose focus is on delivering outstanding service. He combines an in-depth understanding of local mortgage guidelines and 20 years of experience as a Real Estate Broker to provide a unique insight into the homebuying process. Jay also supports his clients by offering access to a diverse line of loan products to fit their individual needs. Needs that include:

Jay treats customers like family and works hard to gain their trust and ensure his place as their lender for life.
When Jay isn't helping clients secure a loan, he's spending time with his three adult children or playing his favorite sport, golf. Jay works with the local American Irish Association and Knights of Columbus branches. He understands the local communities he serves and how to help clients establish roots through better financing.

The Mortgage Bankers Association's Opens Doors Foundation and its Home Grant Program provides mortgage and rental payment assistance to families with critically ill or injured children, allowing families to be by a child's side during treatment.
The Cancer Support Community San Francisco Bay Area’s mission is to provide holistic integrative care services, free of charge, to individuals affected by cancer. This network of support can increase chances of survival while reducing chances of recurrence and ultimately provide for the highest possible quality of life.
