Jessica and her team were vey communicative during our process of securing our loan for our new home in Phoenix. They were easy to chat with and for the most part did a great job keeping us updated throughout the process. My only complaint would be that even though we had a 60 day closing period, it did feel like it was down to the last minute to secure all of the necessary docs for final review, i.e. we were unaware we needed an official termite inspection report till 2 days before signing. Our realtor had to scramble to get it ordered and performed last minute. Despite that last minute adjustment we were able to close on time, and get our docs signed early so we could get on the road for our move. We appreciate all of Jessica's hard work and that of her team!
