Don and his team are just Amazing! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Someone was always available to answer my questions and literally walk me through the DocuSign process. While I am not new to home buying, this was my first time buying from a builder--including ground break to closing. The whole experience was quite comprehensive. With Don, Andrea, and Cindy, I felt included from beginning to end. I learned a great deal and met some very helpful contacts in the local real-estate and property insurance circles. Don went far and above in securing a low interest rate for my mortgage loan. Despite my last-minute request to add a 20% down-payment, the CMG team made sure I was able to meet my scheduled closing date on time. Did I mention how patient they were?
