This is my first refinance with this team, and it went just as smoothly as my first two deals, both purchase money loans. Brian and his entire team do a fabulous job. They were able to talk through options with me, pending the appraisal value coming in. The whole process is very smooth, and I look forward to continuing to be a customer and working with them in the future, whether it’s a purchase or a refi. I should also mention that I work in the mortgage industry, so I do know several loan officers. That said, I am quite satisfied with Brian and his team and will return to do future loans with them.
