First and foremost, I would like to articulate that I cannot be more pleased with the outstanding quality of service and expertise Mike Denslow and his team have been. Especially Mike, he went well beyond what any person can expect from a loan officer and as a Human Being. As an example, I am a veteran and was originally trying to go through Navy Federal C.U. (who is supposed to be for Active Duty/Veterans) for my home loan, they left me high and dry after already being pre-qualified for the asking price and making an offer on a house. Enter Mike, as he was sitting on a hotel roof top in Miami, he was contacted by my realtor and very shortly after Mike gave me a phone call. I let Mike know the circumstances with my wife being a foreign national with foreign work experience, and limited American work experience, then let him know about my VA loan, and all the hurdles of our situation. Mike was completely understanding and wanted to make sure that the US Veteran and his family was taken care of, something Navy Federal SHOULD HAVE done. Long story short, now Mike is in an Uber in Miami calling his team, calling me and getting the job done!!! I seriously cannot stress enough how amazing Mike and his support team are. My family and I were treated with respect and as actual people, not as a name on a paper being churned out as just another number to deal with in the home loan process. Mike Denslow, you and CMG have our forever gratitude for making sure we were able to get into our first house!!!
