Joseph’s support was paramount to my home purchase process. As a first time homebuyer, having a reliable, patient and flexible loan officer is crucial. Joseph was personable and took his time to educate me on the home buying process. He helped me understand through and through. He is well educated regarding his work and does not stop at a simple email. Everything I needed, every step was explained and guided, not just via papers but he read through each essential points through Zoom and used verbiage that I could understand. He did this throughout using any tools effective to my situation. I travel for work and he carved time outside of normal working hours to talk to me. His sense of urgency is as best as it gets! This could be a reply to a question I had via text in the middle of the night and he would reply. He pays great attention to details, remembering important dates for his clients not just for work but also as a human. He surrounds himself with a great casting team that also helped me, lawyer, connections- he is a one stop shop! I cannot compare his work with my past experience with another loan officer. I would recommend Joseph not only to my family and friends but to everyone I look up to. We came into this process as a Lender, Purchaser- I think I’m leaving with so much more!
