Jenifer was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. She was always very nice and friendly and always took the time to provide us with information (on many properties) while we were looking for the right home. She got us through the loan process without any issues. We couldn't have asked for a better lender...we just closed on our home yesterday thanks to her!

As soon as the buying process began, she immediately informed me of all the required paperwork. She was so well organized in making sure all the required signatures were on file and all the paperwork was completed to ensure no delays or surprises when the closing process took place. She was very transparent and consistently kept me up to date on any rate changes, ratios, money down requirements and so on. What was really the icing on the cake for me was when she came to my closing with gifts for my son and I. She didn't have to do that but she did!
