Before landing on CMG, my wife and I vetted 7 mortgage lenders and Greg was far and away the most communicative, detailed, and transparent. As first time homebuyers, we had a lot of questions and Greg was patient with us and clearly outlined expectations to address all of our concerns. He also did a commendable job allocating our closing cost credits, and helped us find the most effective ways to apply all of our seller concessions. Greg always answered the phone to explain things to us even when they weren't in the purview of 'lender questions,' like helping us understand moving parts with the title company and the closing process as a whole. We will also take advantage of CMG's Rate Rebound product, which will give us significant cost reduction for refinancing if/when the rates become more favorable. We definitely made the right choice with Greg and CMG.
