My initial situation was overwhelming after a divorce and having to divy-up properties. The attorneys set up an impossible timeline that I had to refinance our shared residence within three months. With me owning four houses (two of which I shared with the ex, and his name was on the loan for my other rental) I needed real experts to lead me through this maze of "you know what".
